IconIX Collectibles Shipping Policy

This policy applies to IconIX Collectibles orders shipped within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

All sports memorabilia orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship sports memorabilia within the United States only. Orders with international shipping addresses will not be accepted or fulfilled.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging

All sports memorabilia items are securely packaged using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. Extra care is taken with autographed, framed, and high-value items.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and original packaging and order number so we can assist you.
